- **Order Minimum**: 10 of the same item

- Please include the follow:
  - First and last name
  - Company name
  - Product(s) and sizes you're interested in ordering
  - Shipping address
  - Reason for bulk order
  - Date order needs to arrive by
  - Any other information or requests for your order

- Requests will be reviewed within 2 business days.

## Bulk Order - Return Policy

- All bulk orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on bulk order purchases.
